Observations on Sustaining a Creative Practice, from the Workbench to the City
60 days, 5 countries—from art schools, workshops and museums to private artists’ studios.
This research-based exhibition brings together photographs, field notes, interviews, and materials gathered throughout the journey, exploring contemporary jewellery, art education, artists’ working lives, and the networks that support creative practice.
Rather than searching for a formula for “how European artists succeed,” the project returns with a different question:
What does it take for an artist to keep making?
