
Under the influence of seasonal changes, we might feel tired more often in spring. At this time, part of our body functions will slowly recover with the earth after a short rest in winter. Generally speaking, a mild and unburdened diet is more suitable. In order to enjoy each spring day with energy, we specially made the following menus based on the dishes we like, and the principle of eating in spring can also be based on this kind of diet.
Spring Menu








Eating more fresh vegetables can make people have a better appetite and help digestion. Therefore, two salads appeared on our spring menu. One of them is Pumpkin and Rocket Salad, and the other one is Caprese Salad made with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese. For the former one, you can enjoy the fresh and crispy rocket with the sweet and soft roasted pumpkin together which bring you a delicious and harmonious taste. The tomato and cheese in the Caprese Salad are simply the best partners, topped with virgin olive oil and sweet basil, you can feel that this simple but flavorful dish is totally full of Italian style.
For the soup in the spring menu, there is Clam Chowder. This soup has a mild taste and offers a smooth and comfortable feel to your body. Also, clam is a very nutritious ingredient which can help to relieve fatigue.

The main dish is Butter Chicken, an Indian traditional dish. The spices used are not only good for the body, it can also slightly stimulate you a bit and drive away the tiredness of spring. Yet, it is a less spicy version that we’ve chosen for the spring menu. Served together with Garlic Naan, these two are definitely another pair of best partners. In addition, adding yoghurt will enhance the flavor and help balance the greasiness of the dish.
The table full of delicacies is accompanied by a refreshing and sweet apple juice. It slightly supplements the body's needs with natural sugar and you would feel completely comfortable when you enjoy it at the end of the meal.

On our spring table, harmone has chosen a small and light vase which is made of glass, containing the dried flower bouquet designed by MUSAKO STUDIO, with golden wattle as the main flower. At the same time, there is another mini spring scenery composed of some flowers at the bottom of the melon-shaped vase. Such a beautiful set is placed on a white tablecloth with stripe pattern sewn by Fung Tai Tai. Next to it we can light up the scented candle made of bergamot essential oil, rose essential oil and soy wax by harmone and fill the air lightly with natural spring fragrance. Also, the various clear and beautiful food utensils on the table contain delicious, healthy and soft-colored spring dishes.
